How many can this house sleep?
This property has been designed for a maximum of 2 people and rates are charged based on a per night basis.
CAN WE BRING PEOPLE BACK TO THE HOUSE?
No. This property is only for the 2 people who have booked to stay. Exterior CCTV is monitoring the property 24/7 for the safety of our guests and the property.
As this property is located on a residential street, disruptive parties, events and open-invitation gatherings are not permitted.
What is the security deposit?
To ensure the security and safety of our property, a pre-authorised transaction known as a "shadow payment" for the sum of £150 will be required from your credit card as a security deposit. A member of our team will send you a payment link via email 1-2 days prior to your booking date to take this payment. Please note that this amount will not be taken from your account unless there are damages or breakages in the Henry Suite.
Can i book just for one night?
The minimum booking requirement for the property is 2 nights.
However one-night midweek bookings are available upon request, subject to availability - kindly enquire for more information. There will be a slight price increase for one-night bookings, since the calendar prices are structured around a two-night reservation.
CAN I BRING ANY PETS?
Due to the level of finish offered in this house the decision has been made NOT to allow any pets.
HOW DO I CHECK-IN?
All the information you need to check-in is available on our Airguide app, the link is provided on your booking confirmation email. A generated access code for the front door smart lock will be emailed to you the day before your check-in for security reasons. Self-check-in is very straight forward so there is no need to worry!

WhERE is the nearest train station to the Henry Suite?
Queen Street Railway Station is 1.0 miles from the Henry Suite. 5 minutes by taxi & 18 minutes on foot.
Cardiff Central Railway Station is 1.2 miles from the Henry Suite. 6 minutes by taxi & 25 minutes on foot.
The use of Uber travel is recommended for quick convenient transport in/around Cardiff.
What time is check-in & check-out?
Self-check-in is any time after 16:00
Check-out is by 10:00

IS EARLY CHECK-IN/LATE CHECK-OUT AVAILABLE?
Yes, our guests do have the option to book an earlier check-in time at 3pm or a later check-out time at 11am. This is at an additional rate of £25 each end. Available to add at check-out.
How close is the Henry Suite to the centre of Cardiff?
The Henry Suite is only 5 minutes by car & approx. 15-17 minutes on foot from the bustling City Centre of Cardiff. A fantastic location if attending social/business events, shopping or you simply wish to have a romantic weekend away in the Capital of Wales.
Is there parking available outside the Henry SUITE?
There is ample on street parking outside the property. The property is located very close to the City Centre, we advise you to remove all valuables, and do not leave items on display in your car. We do not accept liability for any damages or losses.
IS ELECTRIC VEHICLE CHARGING AVAILABLE AT THE PROPERTY?
Charging electric vehicles (EVs) on the premises is strictly prohibited. Furthermore, the charging of electric scooters and electric bikes is also prohibited at the property.
